Dear Naked Feet Family,
Last month, we all entered an existence with a new normal. Your routine looks different now. Bustling cities are lulled, and we’re making coffee at home instead of grabbing it in route to the office. The change has evoked a variety of emotions. We understand. The world is different today, but we’re all in this together. The global crisis at hand has burdened our hearts. At Naked Feet Shoes, we understand that during this challenging time, many are facing enormous challenges. We first and foremost want to protect the safety and wellbeing of our team, consumers, and retailers while continuing to support your needs.
Second, we are still here for you. With a team working remotely and our shipping center taking extensive care and safety precautions, we will continue to deliver Naked Feet to your doorstep.
It’s moved us to see many of you supporting each other through these past few weeks. Joining the movement from our sister brand OTBT, we are joining the #TogetherApart movement to encourage people to continue to band together.

Safety Measures We’re Taking:
Our business has been completely reborn in operations from the ground up. We are focusing on protecting our workers by asking our office to work from the safety of their homes. Our warehouse is shipping, but has added extra precautions to protect our team, including restricting outside visitors and minimizing on-site staff to a bare minimum. We are also taking additional safety steps by distancing co-workers and sanitizing every hour. We believe in the impact of social distancing. Our priority is making sure every person who is with us stays safe.
We’re still here for you. Our goal is to continue providing the highest quality service you have come to know and love. Please rest assured that we will be with you through any questions, concerns, and inspirations you’d like to share during this time through our remote customer support team.
Supporting Local Businesses:
Looking for ways to lend a hand to your community? Many of our Naked Feet retailers are small boutiques in your neighborhood. With many of their customers asked to stay at home, these businesses are facing many difficulties. Support local businesses in your area that are open but taking extra measures to protect the community. Many are offering curbside pickup, at-home deliveries, and online options to keep you safe while maintaining your new normal lifestyle.
